If your order is not right for you, we accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

- Unused and in original condition
- Free from scratches, stains, dents, or signs of use
- Returned in the original packaging
- Returned with all included materials, accessories, and protective packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. GOIFVORO™ is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to make sure it meets our return conditions.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Items damaged by customer handling
- Items with scratches, dents, stains, or signs of use
- Products returned without original packaging
- Final sale items
- Items damaged due to improper cleaning or misuse

Exchanges
At this time, we may not support direct exchanges for all items.
If you would like a different product, size, or style, please contact us. In most cases, you may need to return the original item first and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to follow our return policy.
