We understand that your order is part of your home styling, gifting, or everyday living experience, so we do our best to process and ship each package with care.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.
Processing time includes:
- Order confirmation
- Product inspection
- Packaging preparation
- Shipping label creation
- Carrier handoff
Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
During holidays, promotional events, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any significant delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you by email.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after your order has been shipped.
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- Your shipping location
- Carrier handling speed
- Weather conditions
- Local delivery delays
- Holiday shipping volume
- Customs or regional processing delays
While we do our best to ship orders on time, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be fully guaranteed once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Your tracking number may take a few days to update after the package has been shipped. This is normal, especially during the early stages of transit.
If your tracking does not update immediately, please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier system to refresh.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
GOIFVORO™ is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by:
- Incorrect street address
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit number
- Wrong postal code
- Incorrect phone number
- Invalid recipient name
- Address changes after shipment

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, please first check the tracking page for the latest updates.
Sometimes packages may show limited tracking updates while in transit, especially during carrier transfer or regional sorting.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, you can contact us with your order number and we will help check the status.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check:
- Your mailbox
- Front porch
- Side door
- Garage area
- Reception desk
- Package locker
- Neighbors or household members
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier and then reach out to us with your order number. We will help review the situation.
Shipping Damage
Although we carefully package every order, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and offer an appropriate solution.
