Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, ordering the wrong item, or providing an incorrect shipping address.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Golfvoro, please contact us with photos or videos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or approved return solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

• Items that have been used
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
• Items without the original packaging
• Items returned without prior approval
• Final-sale or promotional items that are clearly marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Order Cancellations
