Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with GOIFVORO. We are committed to carefully packing and shipping your order so it arrives safely and beautifully. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During holidays, promotional periods, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and order volume.
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after your order has been shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier. In some cases, tracking may take 24–72 hours to show movement.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes apartment number, unit number, street name, city, state, ZIP code, and phone number when required.
GOIFVORO is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Failed Delivery, Refused Packages & Returned Orders
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customer refusal, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any reshipping fees.
If you would like the order to be resent, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for the delivery process. If your tracking information shows that the package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to update the status.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please check your mailbox, front porch, building entrance, parcel locker, front desk, neighbors, or local carrier office first.
GOIFVORO will do our best to assist you in checking the shipment status, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product size, weight, warehouse availability, or packaging requirements. If your order arrives in separate packages, each package may have its own tracking number.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
GOIFVORO is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges required by local authorities.
Packaging
GOIFVORO products are carefully packed to help protect the product surface, shape, and finish during transit. Some products may include refined packaging or a matching gift bag, depending on the product type and availability.
Packaging style may vary slightly by product, batch, or shipping requirements.
